Booking Tips

• Please keep in mind that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE
• Please limit the use of cell phones while service is in session.
• Please do not bring any additional guests.
• Please use a VALID email address, phone number and name (alias names are not accepted) Updates are always sent via email. My contact info is also available for any updates, cancellations, questions, etc.
• If you wish to book a time outside of the hours of operation, please text the number below and I will try my best to make accommodations. (subject to a fee of $25)
• Acceptable forms of payment:
  • Zelle
  • Venmo
  • Apple Pay
  • Cash (please have exact change)
  • Card + processing fee

Travel Appointments Are Available

Travel appointments are available only for groups of 2 or more. If travel is needed, please be sure to send a text with your name, date, time, location and desired look. *Travel rates vary depending on location*

Late Policy

We allow a 5 minute grace period for our clients. After the 5-minute grace period, there is a fee of $1 per minute. At the 15 minute mark, the appointment will be cancelled NO EXCEPTIONS! Card will be charged automatically.

Reschedules

A 48-hour notice is required before rescheduling an appointment. Please send a text or email when reschedule is needed (time slots are limited).

*If the reschedule outside of the 48-hour window, an additional fee of $15 will be applied at the time of reschedule.*

Cancellation

A 48-hour notice is required before cancelling an appointment.
If cancellation occurs outside of the 48 hour window, the deposit is forfeited and 75% of the service will automatically be charged to the card on file.

No Call No Show
No call no show clients will be forbidden from booking with Goddess Beats & Beauty, LLC in the future.
